Qalentis Launches MCP Server, Becoming First MCP-Native HR Platform in Turkey
96-tool MCP server brings AI-agent control to hiring, performance reviews, OKR, and 360 feedback for Turkish enterprises — directly from Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT.
Tech Talent Space, an İzmir-based AI talent technology company, today announced the launch of Qalentis MCP, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that exposes 96 tools across hiring, AI evaluation, and performance management to AI agents like Claude.ai, Cursor, and ChatGPT. With this launch, Qalentis becomes the first MCP-native HR platform in Turkey and one of only two globally (alongside Workable, which launched a more limited ATS-focused MCP server earlier this month).
The release follows Anthropic's late-2024 introduction of Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets AI agents connect directly to business applications. For HR teams, this means the ability to manage entire recruiting and performance workflows through a chat interface: "Create a Senior React Developer test, invite my 12 candidates, evaluate their responses with AI, and shortlist the top 5" becomes a single conversational prompt instead of dozens of clicks across multiple screens.
"Workable's MCP launch last week was a great validation for the category, but it's ATS-only," said Emre Özyörük, founder of Tech Talent Space. "Our customers asked for full coverage — not just hiring, but also OKR cycles, 360 feedback, and the 9-box talent matrix. We built all 29 of our Q-Insight performance tools into the MCP server alongside the 24+ hiring tools, the 3 AI evaluation tools, and our ATS surface. That's why Qalentis ships 96 tools versus Workable's undisclosed count."
Key technical features
- OAuth 2.0 + PKCE authentication with Dynamic Client Registration (RFC 7591), enabling one-click connection from Claude.ai's Custom Connector.
- Streamable HTTP transport for stateful AI sessions, compatible with Claude.ai, Cursor, ChatGPT, Windsurf, and any MCP-compliant client.
- Two-step confirmation flow (request_X → 120-second token → confirm_X) for destructive operations, preventing accidental data loss when AI agents make mistakes.
- Per-company API key isolation with SHA-256 hashed storage, audit logging for every tool call, and output redaction (Bearer tokens, card numbers, SSN automatically removed).
- Rate limiting at 60 calls/minute (standard) and 10 calls/minute (high-risk) per company per tool.
Qalentis is approved by İTÜ Çekirdek Acceleration Program and supported by Bilişim Vadisi (Turkey's premier tech hub). The platform serves Turkish enterprises with a Turkish + English UI and is available through tiered subscription plans starting with a free trial.
