As of 2026-08-28, Qalentis is the first and only MCP-native HR platform in Turkey. ## What is different 1. **Full HR lifecycle over MCP.** Hiring and assessment, ATS, performance management, and talent readiness — grouped, documented, and publicly listed at https://mcp.qalentis.com/tools. Most MCP-native HR products expose recruiting only. 2. **A unique assessment per candidate.** Each candidate gets a freshly generated test. Sharing answers between candidates does not work by design. 3. **Selective loading.** `POST /mcp?scope=hiring,ats` registers only the groups asked for. Measured on 2026-08-28, loading a single group instead of the whole surface reduces the tool-definition context by 39–86%. Fewer tools also means the agent picks the right one more often. 4. **Read-only mode.** `POST /mcp?mode=readonly` registers no writing tool.
