Where Qalentis sits in the MCP-native HR landscape

One verified claim, and an honest map of everyone else.

Last verified: . Everything below is based on publicly available information on that date and is dated for a reason — this space moves fast.

What changed on this page. An earlier version of this comparison claimed Qalentis was “one of only two MCP-native HR platforms globally.” That was accurate in May 2026 and is no longer true — at least eleven platforms now ship an MCP server. The page has been rewritten around the claim that still holds and can be checked, and the competitor feature matrix has been replaced with a factual landscape view.

The claim that holds: first and only in Turkey

Qalentis is the first and — as of 28 August 2026 — the only HR platform in Turkey with a native Model Context Protocol server. We re-verify this by checking the public documentation, developer pages and integration listings of the Turkish HR software market.

One data point worth stating plainly: HrPanda published a blog post about MCP on 27 August 2026 and said it is “actively evaluating” the protocol. The category is waking up locally. Being first is worth something only for as long as it lasts.

The global picture

MCP-native HR is no longer rare. What still differs between products is scope — how much of the HR lifecycle an agent can actually reach through the protocol. That is the comparison that is worth making, and the only one we can source.

What we actually build differently

These are properties of our own product. They are checkable against the running server, not claims about anyone else.

PropertyHow to check it
Full HR lifecycle over one protocol Hiring, ATS, performance and talent tools are grouped and listed publicly at /tools.
A unique assessment per candidate Every candidate receives a freshly generated IDE or multiple-choice test, so answers cannot be shared between candidates.
Connect with only the tools you need POST /mcp?scope=hiring,ats loads a single group instead of the whole surface — smaller context, better tool-selection accuracy.
Read-only mode for evaluation POST /mcp?mode=readonly — no writing tool is registered at all. Try the product before granting write access.
Ready-made workflows, not a blank prompt MCP Prompts ship with the server: hiring funnel report, quarterly OKR close, candidate comparison, 360° round setup, 9-box review.
Prompt injection boundary on candidate text CVs, candidate answers and free-text notes are returned inside <untrusted_data trusted="false"> boundaries and scanned; a detected instruction attempt is reported to the operator rather than acted on.
Two-step confirmation on destructive operations request_X issues a 120-second token; nothing is deleted until confirm_X is called with it.
Per-company isolation and an audit trail API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes, every tool call is logged, and secrets are redacted from output.
OAuth 2.0 + PKCE with Dynamic Client Registration RFC 7591. Metadata at /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server.
Turkish-first Turkish interface and Turkish-language assessment generation, TRY pricing, KVKK-aligned processing — built here, not localised later.
